When a boat arrives at your port, you need to inspect it before deciding whether to unload or reject it. You’ll compare the boat to its report to make sure everything is in order. You start with a basic port, but it won’t be enough to keep the city alive in this post-war world. You’ll need to quickly develop your infrastructure by building new structures upgrading the ones you have, and researching new technologie’s.
