You can assign weapons to three slots, allowing you to customize your load-out based on your play style. For example, you can equip cannons in all slots for a high-attack power setup.
The layout and treasure chests in dungeons change every time you play. This means each playthrough feels unique even on the same map.
Weapons and armor can come with random extra effects, such as increased damage or larger magazine capacity. Items also have different rarity levels with rarer items offering more and better effects. The game has a part where you fight monsters to get better equipment.
The game is set in Japan after most of humanity has been wiped out by a “great destruction.” Your base is a village at the foot of Mt. Fuji, now in ruins. The hero, a dog named Pochi, is brought back to life by a mysterious old scientist named Dr. Minchi. Pochi sets out on an adventure to find his master, exploring dangerous dungeons filled with fierce monsters.
Among the monsters, the most dangerous ones are called “WANTED,” and there’s a big reward for defeating them. Tough enemies like the sneaky giant tank “Rommel Ghost” and “Missileceros,” a rhino with strong armor and missiles, block the player’s path. The player controls three cute dogs: Shiba Inu “Pochi,” Doberman “Bell,” and Bulldog “Bonanza.” Popular voice actor Hiro Shimono does the voices for the dogs, and he performs all three voices wonderfully.
The game features has more than 25 quests and over 5 types of WANTED monsters. There are more than 35 kinds of weapons to use, and the play time is longer than 10 hours.
The game is set in a post-apocalyptic world. Players drive “tanks,” which are remnants of past civilizations, to hunt WANTED monsters in different locations. They use the prize money to upgrade their tanks. This role-playing game series offers a lot of freedom.
