Introduction to From the Depths – Gone to Sea characters Repack
The second character content pack for From the Depths is here, adding four new characters: Sea Captain, Diver, Sailor 1, and Sailor 2. Why use pre made assets. Because nobody at BrilliantSkies is a professional character modeller, and the experts who make these are. It’s better to use solid designs than to create something that does not work well. This pack gives players more options to customize their avatars and ships in fun way’s.
Once you own even one character pack, you’ll be able to import your own character models. Documentation’s for this feature will be available soon. Plus a few more items will be added to this pack in the coming week’s so stay tuned.
If these models aren’t your style, don’t worry—more packs with different designs will be released in the future. This pack lets you switch your avatar from the default Rambot to one of these new models through the “Z” UI under the avatar tab. It also work’s in multiplayer. You can place animation blocks on your creation’s and assign animations from your acquired models. With breadboard functions, you can control these animations further, switching between movements and presets as you like. you may also like to download Banebush
By purchasing a character DLC you unlock additional animations and voices that you can use to bring your creations to life. This pack is cheaper than the Steel Striders anime pack because you can’t manipulate the faces of these models as much as the anime ones.
Why would you want this. It’s perfect for taking pictures, roleplaying, populating your ships with characters or just having fun with memes. Plus if you’d like a new avatar this pack gives you that option.
However these models aren’t perfect. They can walk, run, and swim, but their movements are still similar to Rambot’s.And this pack won’t drastically change gameplay—it’s more about customization and adding a creative touch.
The team is open to feedback and idea’s for new animation’s. If you’ve got suggestions, check Mixamo for ideas and share them in the official Discord channel set up for this purpose.
